These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at this domain (the "Site") and your relationship with Pelican Bar LLC ("Pelican Bar," "we," "us," or "our"), operating at 1420 W 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL 32534. 1. Our Services

Pelican Bar provides bar and lounge services, including table and group reservations, event bookings, and any online ordering offered through this website. Details, availability, and pricing of our offerings are subject to change without notice.

2. Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation by Pelican Bar.

  • Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax.

  • Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and reservation information. Pelican Bar is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit, unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to appear ("no-shows"), may be charged in full at our discretion.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Special events, private parties, and group bookings may be subject to a separate deposit and cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

5. Alcohol Service & Responsible Consumption

Pelican Bar holds the appropriate license to sell and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Florida law. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter designated bar areas, purchase, or consume alcoholic beverages, and may be asked to present valid, government-issued photo identification at any time. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who cannot provide valid proof of age or who appears intoxicated. Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly; management reserves the right to stop service and/or remove any guest from the premises at its sole discretion.

6. User Conduct

When using the Site or visiting our premises, you agree not to: violate any applicable law; harass, threaten, or endanger any other guest or staff member; damage or misuse our property or equipment; or use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual from our premises whose conduct we consider disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.

Unless you notify a staff member in writing that you do not consent, you grant Pelican Bar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such images or recordings, along with any content you tag, comment, or otherwise submit to us via social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and similar platforms), for marketing and promotional purposes across our website, social media accounts, and advertising materials, without additional compensation to you.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us directly or via social media, you represent that you own or have the right to share that content, and you grant us the license described above to repost or feature it.
