Gary Farrell 2018 Pinot Noir - 750ML
Winemaker Notes: This elegant Pinot Noir opens with alluring aromas of Bing cherry, pomegranate, boysenberry syrup and preserved raspberries. Flavors of Cremini mushrooms and cherry cola with hints of white pepper and clove unfold on the palate. The supple tannins develop into a soft, silky finish complimented with abundant acidity on the finish. CRITICAL ACCLAIM Wine Enthusiast - "Sumptuous in strawberry, blackberry and nutmeg spice, with prominent tannin structure, this is a balanced wine sourced from enviable sites such as Hall berg, Rochioli and Martaella. Orange peel, black tea and dried herb accent a creamy, decadent texture that is never weighted down, boosted by buzzy acidity throughout." Wine & Spirits - "Fresh and vibrant with scents of apple blossoms and flavors of tart strawberries, this is a springtime wine that lasts on beautiful fragrant fruit. The floral notes of jasmine add to the wine's clean feel. Rather than ambitious or complex, this wine is lovely and satisfying."
